Holiday belgian waffles with cranberries and clementine


  • Bel Gaufre vanilla waffles

  •  1 cup fresh cranberries

  •  1/4 cup sugar

  • The juice and zest of one clementine


In a saucepan, combine the cranberries, sugar and clementine juice. Slowly bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer over low heat until thickened.

Heat the waffles in the toaster. Once the sauce is thickened and the waffles are warm, top the waffles with cranberry sauce and garnish with clementine zest.
