The québecoise


• Bel Gaufre vanilla waffles

• 1 cup maple syrup

• 1 cup milk

• 2 tbsp. butter

• 3 tbsp. cornstarch


Mix the ingredients in a saucepan over high heat, stirring continuously until thick. Warm our vanilla waffle in the oven at 350 °F for 3 minutes. Pour the typical Quebec sauce over the hot waffle and serve.
