Easy Treat



  • 500 mL 35% cream
  • 3/4 cup white sugar

Whip cream and sugar with an electric beater until cream thickens.

Store in fridge until ready to serve.

Heat our classic vanilla waffle in a 350°F oven for 3 minutes.

Spoon a few dollops of whipped cream onto warmed waffle.

Sprinkle the berries on top, serve, and enjoy!

Sweet Orange Waffle


  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • Juice of 2 oranges
  • 1 oz orange liqueur

Melt butter in a pan.

Stir in sugar and orange juice.

Continue to stir until sugar is melted and sauce has thickened slightly.

Pour in orange liqueur and flambé.

Heat our classic vanilla waffle in a 350°F oven for 3 minutes.

Remove warm waffle from oven, pour on a few drops of the orange glaze, serve, and enjoy!

Sandwich de gaufre glacé, coulis chaud miel et citron

Nombre de personnes : 4 personnes
Temps de préparation : 5 minutes
Temps de cuisson : 8 minutes
Temps de repos : 1 heure

    • 8 gaufres vanilles tradionnelles Bel-Gaufre
    • 500 ml de crème glacée à la vanille
    • 4 c.a.s de miel
    • Jus de 2 citron
    • 1 c.a.s de beurre
    • 1 tasse de crème 35 %
    • Petit fruits et feuilles de menthe (facultative)

Laisser ramollir un peu la crème glacée.
Garnir les gaufres et les fermer en sandwich.
Placer au congélateur 1 heure.
Pendant ce temps dans une casserole, mettre le beurre et le miel et porter à ébullition 2 minutes. Ajouter les jus de citron et la crème et cuire à feu doux 6 minutes.
Servir les gaufres arrosées de coulis encore chaud et garnir de petits fruits et de feuilles de menthe.


Maple waffle with roasted ham, iceberg lettuce and maple vinaigrette

Serves : 4
Prep time : 10 minutes
Cooking time : 15 minutes

    • 4 Bel-Gaufre waffles


    • 4 slices of ham, sliced 1/4 in. thick
    • 1 cup buttermilk (or clarified butter)
    • 1 cup breadcrumbs
    • 1/2 tsp. dried thyme
    • 1/2 tsp. dried basil
    • 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
    • 1 tsp. paprika
    • 1/2 tsp. ground coriander
    • 1 pinch of ground cayenne pepper


    • 2 tbsp. maple syrup
    • 2 tbsp. yellow mustard
    • 4 tbsp. wine vinegar
    • 1/2 cup olive oil
    • Salt and pepper


    • 4 big wedges of iceberg lettuce
    • Red onion, thinly sliced


Marinate the ham in the buttermilk for 1 hour. In a re-sealable plastic, add all the other ingredients.
Mix together.
Coat the ham with the mixture, making sure that it adheres well.
Add some oil to a frying pan and cook the ham on each side for 2 minutes.
Be sure to carefully flip the slices.
With the maple waffles, place the ham in the oven at 325 °F for 10 minutes.


Whisk all the ingredients together and set aside.
Place each waffle on a plate.
Add the slices of ham, then the wedges of iceberg lettuce.
Top with slices of red onion.
Generously drizzle with the vinaigrette.
